It is because Alcohol Lowers peoples ambitions which in return, make them less able to lie, because they simply do not care as much when they are intoxicated!. Not all people are like this, but many however do speak things they would normally hold back!.

Alcohol impairs the function of the brain!. It makes it difficult for neurons to send the right message or interpret a message correctly!.
Thats why you get slurred speech, blurred vision, and difficutly balancing when you're drunk!.
You also begin to do stupid stuff, since you can't rationalize decisions you make!.
The truth comes out because lying is a conscious act!. If you know something is a lie, and you say it anyway, it is because of a conscious thought on your part!. But when alcohol gets in the way of conscious thought, you just say whatever!.

I've never had that happened to me personally although I know what you mean!. I think a lot of people think drinking and being drunk gives them the opportunity to say what's on their mind because they're unable to say those things when sober!. Im a rather shy person!. Give me a little alcohol and I loosen up!. But not to a crazy extent!. I end up being the person I am with my very closest friends!. Im just more comfortable!. Though I will admit that I have more confidence!.
Theres always this one guy at my friends parties who Ive had a crush on!. When we both drink its easier to be around each other!. No we dont go into a hidden room and fool around alone!. We just enjoy each others company with ease!.

Alcohol first effects the frontal lobe!. This in tern lowers inhabitions and alows one to feel as though they are so called braver or telling it how it is!. In all actuality your judgement is lowerd so you cant make propper descisions in real time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
