that's how the meat is processed through the diet!.!.!. the diet makes the most!.


other than that!.!.!.!. use tenderizers of your preference!.!. through experience and those little metal tenderizer hammers!.

you must get well fed meat after that it's the hammer!

best bet and most expensive is!.!.!. lesser fat and marbilization!.

the lesser the grissel the softer the meat!.

Well, personally I wouldn't beat it!. The best way to help tenderize your meat is to fork it!. Stab your steak repeatedly without stabbing your hand!. also, make sure to flip your meat over and do the other side!. You can also put your BBQ sauce or whatever you like for flavor on your meat first before forking it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on the cut of the meat filet mignon is the most tender , but the least flavorful , top sirloin is the toughfest but the most tasty , get the A1 marinade and marinade your beef for a haulf an hour , for a NY strip i season salt peper and garlic and grill Www@FoodAQ@Com
