It is illegal to drink if you are under 21!. Period!. Your boyfriend could get in lots of trouble if he is caught serving you alcohol! Any adult for that matter could get in trouble, even your parents! I drank a little in my younger days but never got drunk!. It gives you something to look foward to when you turn 21! Nope, it's still illegal!. People who say, "It's okay if you're with an adult" or "it's okay with a parent's permission" are WRONG!. There are exceptions in most places for consuming a small quantity as part of a religious observance, but that's it!. There are NO other circumstances!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Im not sure about every state but almost all of them!. No he will go to jail for giving alcohol to a minor (even if your 18 you count) only drinking with your parents is legal till your 21 (some places you cant drink even with your parents) best thing to do, hide at home and drink in the darkWww@FoodAQ@Com
NO!!! it's illegal either way if you're in the U!.S!. the drinking age is 21 and it's F'ed up if you try to got out and get away with it!. I know in Cali if you are under age and get served the bar/restaurant could lose their license and the server/bar tender gets a $1,000 - $1,500 fine!. You can only drink under 21 if your state has an exception that allows your parents to serve you in your house or your spouse to serve you in your house!. Boyfriends don't count!. And there's 16 states without either of these exceptions!.
