How can I stop waking up in the middle of the night after getting drunk?!

Question: How can I stop waking up in the middle of the night after getting drunk!?
If I get wasted, I'll sleep through the night and wake up with a hangover!. If I get drunk enough to sleep but not have a hangover the next morning, I wake up 3 hours later and can't go back to sleep!. Probably no answers for this!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

The concept is:

Alcohol disrupts the normal sleeping rhythms called circadian rhythms!. This negatively effects our ability to sleep!. In the case of heavy drinking your body is in a state of shock as is the brain and so we sleep long to recover!.

Don't drink!. Seriously, if you can't sleep without it that's a sign of dependency!. If you wake up when it wears off and you can't get to sleep again, that's a bad sign of dependency!.

I recommend not drinking, especially before bed!. Your liver, and your brain, will thank me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
