Caribbean Horizon Dreamsicle:
1/2 oz vanilla vodka
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Curacao
dash of vanilla extract
ice
seltzer
Shake the liquor and vanilla in a shaker while you chill an old fashioned glass with ice!.
pour the martini into the glass, fill to 3/4 glass with seltzer, then to the top with ice [or vanilla sorbet]!. garnish with an orange slice!.
