Will watered down vodka freeze?!

Question: Will watered down vodka freeze!?
If I take about six shots worth of vodka and refill it with water, will the new liquid freeze!. [there will still be vodka left in the bottle]Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
No, because the alcohol particles are still in the liquid and water and alcohol freeze at different temperatures!. Though, the more water you add you could possibly start seeing ice chips!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

To clarify, vodka does freeze, it's just that its freezing point is much lower than that of water (true for all alcohol)!. But the less vodka and more water there is, the higher the freezing point!. There are a lot of variables, but I would say after six shots it probably won't freeze in a normal freezer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Haha!.!.!. Trying to sneek a few sips from the parents liquor!? :)

I won't tell, but i've tried and got caught!. my parents noticed a difference in the taste!. Carzy! But they also didn't keep it in the freezer, so i couldn't tell you if it would freeze!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes it will!.!.!.there was a mother on here last week asking why here vodka froze!.

Turns out her kids were sneaking shots and refilling!.

The problem is that the alcohol (ethanol) ratio to water is no longer high enough when you start adding more water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no you put the vodka in the freezer, and when you take it out, bash it on the table and it will freeze!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
