What can I mix nasty wine with?!
My friends and I are throwing a huge party tonight and we made the usual 10 gallons of homemade wine!. The problem is, they're all bitter and have absolutely NO flavor!!! There will be other drinks (vodka, smirnoff, beer) too so I was going to serve it when all the good stuff is gone!. What should I mix it with!?!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sangria might be your best bet, only I wouldn't wait until the good stuff is gone!. Here are some options you might enjoy:
Mix to taste:
red wine
orange juice
peach nectar
sliced oranges, peaches, nectarines
a liquor such as grand marnier
sparkling water
white wine or rose
flavored vodka
guava nector
sliced kiwi, apples, starfruit
sparkling water
Or make spritzers using:
7-up or Gingerale
Fresh mint, lemon or lime
lots of ice
And, check your recipe for wine so that the next batch might be more flavorful!.

Tank, give your guest a chance to decide for themselves what they want to drink!. I would suggest to serve the wine (and any mixture of fruit to sweeten it) first as a punch bowl offering, some of the guests may not drink liquor but the punch will be diluted so it will not have too much alcohol!.

Have different fruit juices and some cut fruit available as well as Sprite or 7up!.!.!.!. let your guests make up their own concoctions, that might be a whole lot of fun at that point of the night after the good stuff is gone! Sangria is by far the best option, though it should be served with everything else!. Lots of cut up fruit, sugar to taste, some form of brandy or grappa, fruit juice and club soda, sprite or ginger ale!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
