Is fleischmann's yeast the same with other branded active dry yeast?!


Question: Is fleischmann's yeast the same with other branded active dry yeast!?
i need it for an experiment with carbohydrates this coming tuesday!. i bought 2 brands, namely diamond and redstar active dry yeast!. (because i couldn't see a brand named fleischmann's yeast in our local markets here)

anyone please answer my question with sufficient data :D i like giving 10 points to people who deserve it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Active dry yeast is active dry yeast!. Fleischmann's just costs more than Red Star!. It all works the same!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
