Answers:
With some of my brews, I've noticed that the yeast taste has mellowed with time!. This happens because the yeast is still alive in your beer!. After a couple weeks, the yeast will eat all the food and the pressure in the bottle will become higher, and both will cause the yeast to die!. This will lead to a less notable yeast flavor!.

Give it another couple weeks!. All should be well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You shouldn't have even sampled your beer that soon!. It takes a week and a half to two weeks to carbonate properly!. I trust that you left the last ounce in the bottle, not in your glass!. You do not want to drink the settled-out yeast!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
