Can you be tested for alcohol consumption on your day off of work?!
my fiance was not scheduled for work and was called in for an alcohol and drug test, he pass the drug however failed the alcohol!. Can your job test you for alcohol consumption on your day off!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

If he was scheduled for the day off then it is his time to do as he likes!. The company can not call some one in and demand a test unless it is in his company policy agreement that he has signed when he started the job!. Now if it is in the agreement then he can be dismissed!. If in the papers that he signed when he started his job there is a clause that states he can be tested for drugs or alcohol and has shown while he is working under the influence, then he can be tested on company time and not his own time!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
No they can't do that if he was drinking the night before his day oof he's allowed to do that!. His work can't call him and say were drug testing you!. He can do what ever he wants on his day off as long has it does not effect his work the next day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
