How much EVER CLEAR (the alcohol) would it take to kill someone?!
When I was in 10th grade, I drank several (I think 3) shots of EVERCLEAR straight!. There was no food in my stomach!. I was 5 foot 1 inch and weighed about 130 pounds!. I ended up cutting my hand really bad that night!.
I don:t drink anymore, don:t worry and YES I KNOW IT WAS EXTREMELY STUPID!. but i was young!.
Looking at the scar I have from that night, I was wondering,
**How close was I from alcohol poisoning!?

Well you were right to stop at 3 shots to start with!. Now you have to remember now how big were those shots!? At a bar a shot is !.75 to one ounce of liquor!. At home it could be 1 to 2 ounces or more a shot!. also Everclear is 190 proof alcohol as compared to regular 80 proof vodka or whiskey!. 200 proof alcohol is straight alcohol!. Your body will not allow to ingest more than 5 ounces and your blood alcohol level will be more than 0!.4 which will lead to coma followed by death!. For a non drinker, the liver will metabolize about 25mg per deca liter per hour!. You weigh 130 so there is about 13 lbs of blood!. this is about 6 kilgrams or 6 liters of blood!.
25 mg is about !.85 ounces!. multiply this by 6 and you get 5!.1 ounces of everclear or straight ethynol!.

Everclear, most likely you drank the 151 variation!. 3 shots for your body structure of course knocks you out / you don't have control of what you do!.
Roughly, about 2 or 3 more would've required you to immediately go to hospital to pump it or kill you; but, note, it's 151 proof!. No way in hell could many stand drinking 5 - 6 shots without throwing up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I was in college i drank 2 shots of ever clear and still remember the night, i was drunk but i wasn't out of control!. I was 5'2" and somewhere between 100-110, but their were times I drank tons of beer and was pretty messed up!. The time I went to the hospital for alcohol poisoning I don't even know how much I had! Those jello shots and free drinks sneak up on ya :)

It would depend on how heavy you are!. It is extremely strong alcohol and everyone processes it differently!. It would not take much for someone your size to develop alcohol poisoning!. Maybe 5-6 shots!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
