It doesn't work, you need to drink alot of water!. i dont know how much you had so i cant give you the exact math, but drink alot of water for over a week (if you have a low sodium diet this is dangerous as the water will flush salt out of your body, just eat some salty stuff)Www@FoodAQ@Com
