I am making a tropical theme dinner and i was wondering what type of drink i can serve that would be good... ?!

1 1/2 oz light rum
3/4 oz lime juice
1/4 oz sugar syrup
Pour the light rum, lime juice and sugar syrup into a shaker with ice cubes!.
Shake well!.

Ok - this isn't gonna be cheap though!. 16oz of rockstar guava(purple can)/ one shot of meyers rum/one shot of bananas 99!. It tastes really good, and you only need one drink!. The caffeine accelerates the alchohol, and the bananas 99 will do most people in!. Maybe this is too much for a dinner!. Oh well - I let the secret out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
some sort of fruit punch, pineapple might work well with a small amount of coconut essence added, and served really cold!. i had this at a themed party once and it went down really great!. adding some sort of alcohol (if u 18+ lol) may make it a bit more of a hit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I'd go with a Hurricane!. 2-3 kinds of Rum (depending on how you make it) - very Caribbean!. Most people like them, including light drinkers because they are sweet enough to cover the alcohol taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
