Very good question and I had to do some research on this one because I have heard of this type of drink also!.
In a shooter glass put one ounce of Khaluha
Float (with the help of a spoon) some Bailey's Irish Cream
Top off with whipped cream
Put your head down over the shooter glass
Wrap your lips around it
Grab the glass tightly with your lips and tilt your head up and drink it in one gulp!.
Hence the name ******** Shooter!.!.!.!.!.
