I would like to make some fruity gin for Christmas, any recipes please?!
I live in Sri Lanka where there are plenty of coconut & pineapples but no red berry fruit, no sloes available either!. Usual fruit is oranges, apples, grapes, kiwi etc are available!.
Any ideas for fruit I can add to gin!?

I would definitely forget the grapes and coconuts!. On my list of suggestions would be the following:
Oranges
Apples
Kiwi
Pineapples
Mango
Peaches
You could try some pears with some sugar!.
I don't know what a sloe is!. I'm from the U!.S!. What you can do is soak your gin and then pour it back into a bottle, and have the fruit to eat!. But I would eat small portions of it at a time, not a big bite, because it will be very strong an pungent!. Experiment with a cheap bottle!. Then get the Bombay!. Tanqueray would not be a good gin to try and flavor I don't think, because they make it with special ingredients so it tastes a certain way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
