Is it worse to keep chilling and unchilling beer than to just leave it unchilled?!

Question: Is it worse to keep chilling and unchilling beer than to just leave it unchilled!?
Answers:
Yes it is!. When I worked for the Miller Brewing Company, it was suggested that leaving beer chilled, even if you kept the temperature as consistent as you could, the beer would only be good for about four months!. But leaving the beer out at room temperature, the beer could last up to one year!. (both scenarios would be if the beer was canned)!. Alternating the temperature doesn't allow the beer to be chemically consistent, so it's apt to go bad a lot faster!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, it is worse to introduce beer to a variety of temperature changes!. It actually molecularly changes the beer to create different chemical bonds and 'skunk' the beer!. Leaving it unchilled until ready for use is the best option here!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes it is, either leave it chilled or un chilled, do not keep changing the temp!. Your beer will start to taste stale after a while, and nobody likes a beer thats already bitter taste even more bitter!. Beer is all about the right temp!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Keep it unchilled but at a temp no higher than 70 degrees F!. If you can keep it in a cool and dark place, even better!.

But just remember that beer goes bad within a matter of a month or two!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yeah!. This ruins the beer!. If you heat and chill it too many times, it gets skunky fast!.

I'd say you can chill/unchill maybe twice before it gets gross!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
