I had a bottle of beer in the freezer for about 20 mins!.
When i put a slice of lemon into the bottle, the beer began to freeze- how/why did this happen!?!?!?
Does anybody know!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Two theories!.!.!.either the introduction of an acid had a chemical reaction with the alcohol and the water present in the beer, or the lemon and water found in the lemon have a higher freezing point than the beer/alcohol itself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

because its just so cool to put a lemon in your beer!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
