i went out with mates on friday to camp at the beach, i got really smashed like drank half a big bottle of vodka and like almost a full bottle of straight jim beam, and i smoked about 10-15 joints, im not tryna by HK or anything but now its monday and im still really tired and feel sorta numbish if that makes sense, i did throw up heaps at the beach but i dont think it helped!?!. however i got no sleep so im just wondering is this normal to happen and im not too old either

The reason why you get hungover is because of dehydration!. Even though you drank a lot, it was alcohol!. In order to metabolize and get rid of the alcohol, you used up a lot of vitamins, minerals, and water!.

The most efficient way to fix yourself up is to drink 100% fruit and vegetable juice!. I would NOT recommend V8 splash, gatorade, or any of that stuff!. Drink 100% orange, apple, grape juice, try some low sodium V8 juice too!. Popping a multivitamin and a B-complex vitamin would help too!. After that, eat something healthy to fill your tummy and hit the sack for a while!.

Basically, your body is just pissed off at you and needs to be replenished!.

I would cancel all appointments today and drink lots of water!. Eat as many vitamins as possible!. The liquid vitamins have been proven to absorb much better than capsules!.

If you are worried about canceling your engagements, remember, it is way better to not show up, than to show up skanky and obviously hungover!. You don't want your peers/bosses/professors to get a bad impression of you!.

You may want to get extra vitamin C capsules, as you are most likely experiencing or will experience cold symptoms, due to your lowered immunity!.

Consume protein, even if you have to drink it!. You muscles rebuild themselves while you sleep and if you have sleep deprivation, this will cause you muscles to be operating below par!.

You should probably do some really relaxing stretches for your numbness and take deep breaths while your stretching!.

It's absolutely normal!. Alcohol will typically lower serotonin and norepinephrine levels!. When you take a long night, little sleep, and a lot of alcohol, you are facing chemical reactions, dehydration, and exhaustion!.

Drink PURE juice (not that sugar crap), and a lot of water!.

Next time, drink water before and after, and don't drink so much!.

Yes!. You need to lay off the habituates and let your body detox!. Drink water!.!.!.and lots of it!. Stay away from caffeine and tylenol!. Those substances are extremely hard for the liver to breakdown and will only impede your body's ability to rejuvinate itself!. Good thing you puked!.!.!.probably saved you from getting alcohol poisoning!. Stay away from high fat foods or anything with loads of sugar!. BE GOOD TO YOURSELF!. Your condition will improve, but it may take some time!.!.!.day even!. I would suggest never consuming that much alcohol OR chronic together (or seperate) ever again!. i heard somewhere, and im not 100% on if im rembembering right or not, but if you drink prickly pear juice before a binge it helps soak up the stuff that makes you have a hangover!. as for the joints no clue about thatWww@FoodAQ@Com
