Answers:
Sure, why not!? Beer is basically liquid bread!.!.!. Belgian monks used to drink beer during fasting periods, when they were not allowed to eat food, in order to get the sustenance they needed to survive!.

But certain types of beer would be better for this than others!. The monks created lambic beers, which were stronger and thus made from more grain, and would often have fruit added for extra nutrition!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

While a litre of beer contains about 60% of your daily requirement for fiber, the calories and carbs contained in the beer outweigh the goodness of the fiber!. There are healthier, better ways to get fiber, such as eating cereals, nuts, grains, etc!.!.!.!.!.although my husband would probably take your point of view over mine! But hey!.!.!.beer guts are "sexy" right!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
