If you can't find any drinks you like, I've used it as part of a chocolate cake recipe before and it was very, very good!. I basically made a chocolate layer cake, sliced it in half and spread seedless raspberry jam in between the layers, and then put it back together!. Then I sprinkled raspberry liqueur on top and used a chocolate ganache icing!. It was so good!.!.!.

I'd try mixing it with Frangelico (hazelnut liqueur), and possibly something chocolate flavored!. I just think raspberries and chocolate go really well together!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
