Question: Which red wine has more tannins!?
which red wine has more tannins!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Cabernet Sauvignons and Zinfandels have the most tannins!. The higher priced cabernets like Silver Oak and Kenwood are still tannic, but not as bitter (and absolutely delicious!!)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Typically heavier reds like Cabernet Sauvignon will have more tannins!. Wines that are aged longer like red Bordeaux varieties will also be higher in tannins!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cabs and Zins usually have more than lighter bodied wines!. But tannins correlate more with the vineyard, wine maker and age than with particular varietals!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most of the tannin is removed from all wines by filtration!. Reds contain the most but after the filtering there's very very little left, no headache unless you drink a lot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
