What's the best liquor?!
I was thinking of making a "banana" flambe!.!.!.bananas with a rum sauce over vanilla ice cream!.!.!.is rum a good liquor choice or would brandy be better!? Which one is the best, or if not, what liquor would really make this dessert DaZzLe!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've done it with rum and it worked out great!. I'd suggest going with a dark rum though because you get that thicker taste with it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
