Party with alcohol, underage people question?!
If I go to a party where there is underage drinking but I myself don't drink, and the party gets busted by police!. Would I be in any trouble with the law!? assuming I don't do other illegal stuff!.

As long as you're not providing alcoholic beverages to them, you're in good shape!. I highly doubt that the officer would expect you to be ID'ing everyone at the party, or be psychic and know who's drinking illegally!. It isn't your duty as a guest to keep track of all that!. The owner of the house could definitely get busted though!. also, if it's a party the officer has to understand that you probably don't know everybody there, so "guilty by association" can't really be enforced!. Even if you aren't drinking you are present at a party where the law is being broken!. If the cops want to be nasty about it they can take you into custody!. Whether you would be charged or not is the question!. However, if you are over 21 present as a party where underage kids are drinking and you don't do something about it (take the booze away, call the cops, or leave) and the place is raided you can be arrested and charged for contributing to the delinquency of a minor!. you could be, just depends on how the officer is!. u could get charged for contributing to a minor if he wants to be a d*ck about it, but theres about a 90% chance that u wont!.!.!.he'll prob take all the beer and scare everyone, then leave!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

usually its only the people who own the residents where the party is at that get busted!. and they get rid of everyone,, so i doubt u'd get into trouble
