If a glass of alcohol beverage is left out overnite does the alcohol evaporate, u don't get drunk if drink it?!
There was vodka mixed with juice left out but when i had a sip the next day it didn't taste alcoholy so I was wondering if that means the alcohol evaporated and I won't get intoxicated from it like if i have to drive after!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you mixed it with juice you just added more sugar to it and fermented it more!. its not good i know but i drink enough to sink a battleship and trust me it does not evaporate cider or fizzy beveys lose the fizz but there still as potent Www@FoodAQ@Com
Some of the alcohol might have evaporated, but not all!. Some of the water in the juice might have evaporated, too, though!. Without distilling it and analyzing the distillates, you'll never know!. It probably still contains a decent amount of alcohol, however!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
