You need a hydrometer!. It's too late if you've already made it!.

Yep, You need a hydrometer!. You would note the specific gravity or brix prior to fermentation!. Then, after fermentation use the hydrometer to calculate the specific gravity!. Using the difference in the readings, before and after, you would be able to calculate the alcohol content!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You don't!. You cannot get wine more than twelve percent alcohol,the yeast will die!. I have made homemade wine alot! sorry!.!.good luck!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
