Leaded glass windows
Live Gaelic music
Not too well lit

First of all Irish working behind the bar, Craic and banter is very important!.
Trad music playing and no feckin’ Corrs, Westlife or Boyzone etc!. Try Kila, Plantxy and the likes
No slot-machine or Game machines!.
Good Irish beers (train staff how to pull a pint of Guinness correctly) and a good sections of Irish Whiskeys (Green Spot, Red Breast)
You have to show Hurling and Gaelic Football!.

A variety of Irish beers and ales, great pub food like burgers, salads, pot pies or pasties, beef stew and Shepard's pie!. Fresh crusty bread and some deserts!.

Irish music is a must, provide a live Irish band on Fridays and Saturdays!.
