The federal regulations allow you to make up to 100 gallons per year if you live alone, or 200 gallons if there are multiple people in residence!. I don't know what Kentucky's state laws are specifically, but I do know that some counties have designated themselves as "dry", so if you live in those places you may get into trouble, even if it's not prohibited by Federal law!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
