Answers:
Use about 1 part molasses and 4 parts water!. Mix it really well, then add yeast!. Depending on how much you want to make, you could use a large soup pot (stainless steel), a 5 gallon glass carboy (or cargirl!), a 30 gallon food grade plastic garbage can, or even a 60 gallon oak barrel!. Just make sure you clean the vessel really well, then neutralize the cleaning solution with citric acid, then rinse well again with water--this is all before you add the molasses/water solution!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
