How would you stop drinking?!
If you were an alcoholic, lets just say if you were!. How would you go about changing to help, or is it that easy!?

Take it one day at a time - telling yourself that "you'll never drink again" will defeat you in the end!. There are ways to drink in moderation, you just have to have the will power! I used to drink wine every night with dinner or with friends; the main reason I personally cut back was b/c of the weight gain; now I just drink a couple of glasses on Friday & Saturday night (not to mention I feel great b/c I have more energy & lost the weight!) also, make sure you have plenty to keep you busy - a lot of people drink when they are bored!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I would move to Saudi Arabia, where there is no alcohol and you can go to jail for possessing it!. Of course, they won't let you in if you're not a Muslim, so you may have to change religions as well!.!.!.

All the willpower in the world won't help you if you spend all your time around friends who drink responsibly, because sooner or later you'll be tempted to drink again!.
