Do they usually have blenders in hotel rooms?!

Question: Do they usually have blenders in hotel rooms!?
Might be a weird question, but was wondering if we can make our own drinks in the room since bars are so expensive!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I've stayed at many hotels, and I've never seen a blender!. Some of the better hotels may have an iron and ironing board!. Quite a few have 2 cup coffee makers!. But no blenders!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You might have thought this was a strange question, but it really is not!. I chuckled when I read it!. I worked for a Residence Inn by Marriott for a couple of years, and I was astonished by the number of requests for a blender!. Residence Inns have full kitchens with toasters, stoves, ovens, and even pots and pans!. So, at least once a week, someone would tell us that they thought it would have a blender as well!. Unfortunately hotels know that blenders = party, and parties in hotels can be VERY expensive for the owner!. Not just in room damage, but when you have a party you are interrupting the stays of guests' around you!. The next morning at the front desk can be hell!. One weekend we comped over 15 rooms for a party that got so out of control it ended in 5 arrests!. When you look at it from the hotel perspective having a blender in a room is a bad idea!. HOWEVER, hotels are getting into the health craze, and, because of that, realize there are some die hard smoothie lovers out there!. There has been talk recently that there might be a need to make blenders available to guests on a rent per night basis!.!.!.like a hotel might do for a rollaway bed!. With all that said, people just buy their own blenders and bring them to the hotel!. But you often don't see someone flying back home with a blender!. If you ask you might be able to get a blender from the hotel's lost and found!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not in any hotel I've ever stayed at, even the nicest ones!. And sometimes those don't even have a coffeemaker anymore! They want you to buy the overpriced coffee at the cafe in the lobby!. And the resort we stay at once a year has pots, pans, plates, and silverware, but no blender or coffeemaker!. Hmph!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

NO, they do NOT have blenders in hotel rooms!. In a good hotel, you will have a hair dryer, a coffee maker, and an iron!. That's pretty much it!. Only if you are in a timeshare with a kitchenette will you find a blender!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

NO! But there are electrical outlets and nothing keeping you from purchasing a blender and using it, except maybe the noise and the guy in the room next to you! Www@FoodAQ@Com

unless you get like a major suite they wont but you can bring one if it fits in your bagWww@FoodAQ@Com

no not normally, but like some other ppl said, you sould bring your own!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
