Homemade liquor is somewhat easy to make, very easy to get poisoned or sick from and also very easy to get in trouble with the law!. The actual distillation of spirit-grade alcohol is illegal in the United States when the person doing it does not have a license to distill!. That leaves only wine and beer for the home enthusiast!.

Personally I’d like to try beer sometime, but try it properly with the right equipment instead of some cheap prepackaged kit!.

It's illegal to distill alcohol at home!.You can however go to any beer/wine supply shop and they sell bottles of flavoring to make every liquor imaginable!.It's super easy to do!.I've made kahlua, ameretto, and drambui knock-offs that were quite tasty!.You basically just mix the flavoring, sugar and vodka together and let it age for 2-4 weeks!.Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it's not there are many elements and precautions!.

my maw used to make honey wiskey and that's tough as nails to make right then there's the touchy fermentation and racking to permit!.

i make beer and wine primarily and that is a task and a half!.

you have to be careful, the batches could go bad in many ways from poor additives to not paying attention to fermentation to the containment getting infected!.

do your research!Www@FoodAQ@Com

i make beer and wine!. i used to make moonshine, until i damn near blew up the place!. i would like to make drambui, but i would not live long enough for it to age proper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
