Answers:
Never, ever serve a quality beer ice cold!. That masks all of the aroma and flavor in the beer!. This is usually done for macro lagers because there really is not anything good to taste/smell!. For this beer you will want to pour it into a glass, let it breathe and warm up for a good five minutes or so!. Your hand on the glass will also increase the speed at which the temperature rises!. As it warms, more flavors and aromas will unlock!.

At 21% ABV, 120 Minute is a sipper!. It will take a long time to drink a bottle of this, so you can begin to enjoy it after only a few minutes!. As time passes over the next hour notice how the aroma and flavor change as it warms up!.

also make sure you pour it into a handwashed glass: a snifter, tulip, or oversized wine glass!. This high-alcohol beer needs room to breathe!. Avoid a machine washed glass, as residual detergents may interfere with the head on your beer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

completely a matter of taste!.!.!. I usually go with the English and drink my beer at room temp!. A lot of people think that is unacceptable, but to me, it make the carbonation more palatable and I can actually taste the beer!.
That being said, I Iike IPA's cool, but not ice cold!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Very clean pillsner glass!. Dog fish is very good @ 78 degrees but I've had it chilled to 54 and its not bad but looses some of the fullness!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
