Question: Drinking honey mixed in cold water first thing in the morning is good for skin!?
I was told that drinking honey mixed in cold water first thing in the morning is really good for the skin, it makes it radiant!. Is that true!?
also, is there anything that I can eat to make my skin radiant and just clear overall!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

try turmeric powder mixed in a little milk put it on your face and keep it on until it gets stiff leave it on for a while then was it off with warm water but not too warm it really makes your skin glow and so soft and keeps acne awayWww@FoodAQ@Com

Honey maybe, however if you put it in water, all you're doing is diluting it! Surely it's just easier to put a couple spoonfuls in your mouth, then go off and do your teeth!? Or maybe just put some on toast!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
