Trader Joes sells good Ice Wine as well as good Rieslings and Muscat's (all three are really sweet) Port is also really sweet as are things like Plum Wine!.

I'm a big fan of Almond Champagne (which they also sell at trader joes) and it's very sweet!.

Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you truly want sweet wine, and I mean cough syrup sweet, then you want to get a bottle of Port!. It's very sweet and costs about 5 bucks!. Or you can get Manishewitz in any of their flavors as they are specially sweetened wines!.

If it is too sweet, you can always cut it with some 7 Up!. For a little stronger but very sweet drink, try Sloe Gin!. More of a brandy but very sweet!.

I make all types of wine but , like you, prefer very sweet wines!. I also live near Chicago and these wines are readily available!. Manishewitz is a Kosher wine used for passover!. Even Mogan David will be pretty sweet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know if you can get this there but if not call Duplin Winery in Rose Hill NC and ask for the Carolina Red to be shipped to you!. Even with shipping the price should be affordable!. They also have some sweet white wines and will take time to explain each to you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

For a good sweet wine look for a Moscato, Ice Wine or Gewurztraminer!. All of these can be found at most liquor or beer & wine stores anywhere in the country and of the three only ice wine tends to be a little pricey but us worth every cent (it is an extremely sweet wine)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hm, you'd probably want a white zinfandel of some kind!. I don't know about where you live, but Beringer is priced decently enough as far as wine goes, and is rather common as well!. It tastes good poured in glasses or chugged straight from the bottle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I believe that you might be asking about "ice wine" or a Riesling!. You will probably need to go to a liquor store to find these!. I don't think they are too expensive, just pick one out and try it!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

muscatell or even marsalaWww@FoodAQ@Com
