These people are giving you silly solutions!. You need to know what causes a hangover, first of all, and then you need to treat the causes!. So here we go, a lesson you can use with all your drinking for the rest of your life:

Hangover ills are caused by your body not being able to filter out all the toxins in alcohol!. So your first line of defense is to help your body filter it out!. This means water!. NEXT TIME you drink, use the rule of one glass of water for every alcoholic beverage!. When my friends drink at our house, I tape everyone's name to a water cup and keep it refilled all night!. No one ever has a hangover on my watch!. Drinking water between alcoholic beverages generally won't affect your drunkness (so you can still enjoy being plastered), it will just help make sure you don't have a hangover!.

If you don't drink enough water, your body can't filter out the toxins as well!. Meaning you'll be stuck with them and all the bad things they can do after they fun wears off!. Once the toxins get entrenched in your system, it's too late for water-drinking alone to cure them!. They start working new evils that you'll have to fight!. These toxins deplete your body's stores of important minerals and vitamins, which makes you feel like absolute crap!. Your blood sugar is also low!. Your stomach is irritated!. You're dehydrated!.

If you really had a bad BAD BAAAD hangover, you would not be able to sit at the computer! LOL Really the only thing you can do is wait for the alcohol to metabolize!. You should drink water if you can as alcohol dehydrates you!. Other than that Live and Learn!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lot's of water and my favourite, A berocca! A hang over is mostly about dehydration and B vitamins help!. I have no idea why this helps but it does!. Your pee might be an ectoplasm color but dont worry about that, Berocca, berocca, berocca!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Squeeze a couple of fresh limes, not lemons, then add a little salt, a pinch of sugar and lots of ice, then drink!. It will balance out what is missing in the blood and help you feel better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
