Question: What kind of grape is used wine in a blanc de blanc!?
what kind of grape makes a blanc de blanc wineWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You may already know, but blanc de blanc, or white from white, is generally used for champagnes or sparkling wines to indicate that the wine is 100% chardonnay!.

Champagnes, and sparkling wines, are made from blend Pinot Noir (red), Chardonnay (white), and Pinot Meunier(red)!.

More unnecessary info (I'm a wine geek, stop me before I hurt myself), the other common term is blanc de noir or white from red (black)!. This tends to be light pink in color and made with 100% Pinot Noir!.

Hope this helps!. Good LuckWww@FoodAQ@Com
