ETA: But here in Texas, you can drink legally if you have a parent/guardian/spouse over age 21 with you!. They have to purchase it for you, and they take responsibility if you do something really, really stupid!. Like pay your medical bills, bail bond, and lawsuits and stuff!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I seriously doubt that *anyplace* in the U!.S!. doesn't ask for ID - unless you just get lucky!. And if you ask somebody to buy it for you while at the store, be aware that cops stake out liquor stores for that very reason all the time!.
