It's kind of hard to explain!. It's something you'll just have to try for yourself!. Plus, it differs from person to person!. As far as I go:
I consider a buzz the tingly feeling I get in my brain and the warmth I can feel through my body!. I feel a lot more relaxed rather than I do "drunk"!.
Drunk I consider any extreme amounts of blurred vision or the way I carry myself!. Unless I am completely hammered, I don't slur my speech, nor do I stumble around when I walk!. However, there is a slightly noticeable difference in the way I'm walking around and talking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Like, did you mis-use "your" for "you're" in your question!?
Sometimes a buzz makes you make little mistakes!.
BUT, a buzz behind the wheel (driving) is drunk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
