Has my wine gone bad??????!
I am on the last bottle of wine at my house!. The stores where I am are not going to be open for a while!. So I really hope I can drink this wine!. When I opened it, the cork broke into pieces!. The bottle says it is 2006 Georges Dubeuf Beaujolais-Villages!. I bought it at the store last week!. I do not know if it tastes bad because I am paranoid about the cork or if it is really bad!. It tastes very flat and has a funny bitter after taste, sort of like aspirin!. I have had the wine before and normally the after taste tastes like grapes!. Is it bad!? And if it is will it be too bad if I drink it anyway!? I am stuck at home and very bored!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

It might have become oxidized if the cork is not in good condition!. This means it won't taste very nice but won't make you sick!.

its not going to hurt anything if you go ahead and drink it!. A little bit of cork in wine never hurt anyone!. Probably just your mind playing tricks on you!. Its not going to make you sick drink away just for the effects it not for the taste on this one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
ask your next door neighbor to drink a lil bit of it ,if he gets sick with the rash and all that,then the wine went bad,don't t drink itWww@FoodAQ@Com

cork will NOT hurt you!. We have been through this once today on here!. Strain the wine or spit the pieces out!. The wine should be good for at least 3 weeks in the fridge!. If it is FLAT, it was champange, not wine!. wine does not have a bubbly content to it!. if it is flat, and taste like asprin, throw it out!. I have had wine open in my fridge for almost 3 months and drank it!.!.!. however champange needs to be drank within 2 hours of opening!.
