Pros: Beer :-)

In all honesty drinking 1-2 beers, 1-2 shots of hard liquor, or 1-2 glasses of wine per day is actually good for you!. It cleans out your system, and lowers the risk of heart disease!. That little bit of alcohol per day your liver can recover from!.

However drinking more than a few a day becomes detrimental and actually increases the risk for heart disease, and if you go off and get drunk I recommend taking a few days off drinking all together to let your liver recover!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
