Answers:
Generally older wines will have sediment, you can pick up a filter at any housewares store, they are a great thing to have!
You will always know when a wine is bad it will taste distinctly like vinegar or have a sulphurous taste and smell!.

it is off if the wine tastes like vinegar bcoz of over exposure to air!.
5 yrs old oak matured wine will have quite a bit of oaky flavour and cabernet sauvignon wines are supposed to be full bodied!.
Keep the cork moist always to prevent it from spoiling!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
