I have recently learned the hard way, that remedy and prevention is of no use to man or beast!. Habitual behavior however, and consistency is the key that turns the screw and fits the glove, regardless how nimble your fingers are!. Therefore the secret lay's on never allowing yourself into a sober state ever again!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have many cures, but i will separate them into before hangover and during hangover!.

BEFORE Hangover!.

1!. Drink prickly pear juice 5 hours before consuming alchohol, hangover's are caused by a number of factors, but what causes the symptoms is inflamed blood vessels, prickly pear juice neutralizes the agents which cause this, making your hangover non-existant!. You MUST drink the juice 5 hours before consuming, otherwise it wont work in time!.

2!. Have a drink of water between drinks, and one GIANT drink of water before you go to bed, along with a maximum dose of pain medication, helps alot!.

DURING hangover!.

1!. Gatorade helps alot, it helps with electrolytes, which are messed up by alchohol consumption, and helps balance out your sugars, another cause of a hangover!.

2!. Alkaseltzer and water!. Alchohol is a diurhettic(spelling), which means it dehydrates you, drink water to rehyrdate yourself, aklaseltzer helps with pain and helps your stomach, making you less likely to vomit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

2 benadryl for nausea 2 advil for headache and lots of powerade or gatorade to fix the messed up electrolytes

Next time do the benadryl and powerade before bed and I promise no hangover!

Don't start with the alcohol again until you are hydrated! It will make things 50 times worse!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, in order to not have a hangover, or to lessen the chances of one, drink plenty of water and take 2 aspirins before bed!. However, now that you have one, load up on some potassium (eat some bananas), take a couple of aspirins and relax!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cold and flu tablets, pint of water and spoonful of honey is the best combination!. The sugar and caffeine gives you a lift and pulls up your sugar level and painkiller gets rid of the headache!! if your feeling sick peptobismol but then make sure there isnt any asprin in the cold and flu meds!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
