Answers:
2 - half gallons -- Lime Sherbert

3, 2-liter bottles -- Sprite, Sierra Mist, or 7-up!. (Don't worry about the carbonation fading!. There's too much other stuff in here to notice!.!.!. this just adds a bit of lemon lime and some clear liquid to keep it drinkeable!.)

2- half-gallon cans of pineapple juice!.

1- 750ml of Barcardi rum!. 150 proof if you wanna get loose, but designate a boat operator!. Or, if you like Captain Morgan, he makes a pretty good mixer for it as well!.

Mix all the liquids together then drop the sherbert in as whole blocks, they will float in the liquid and keep it cool, adding flavor as they melt!.

Garnish with sliced grapefruit, oranges, limes and lemons and float them in the juice!.

I take a couple large freezer Ziplocks and fill them with water and lemon wedges and freeze them!. Then I can float them in the punch also and they help keep it cool but don't water it down as they melt!.
