hmm sorry out of those I am not postive, however my husband and I are the same age difference and I grew up in Wisconsin, I know for a fact it is legal there, so I would say you would have a good chance maybe in michigan and surrounding states but i can't be sure!. I've heard all different stories about this law being true or not, but like i said I do know for a fact she would be able to drink in a bar in WI!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Texas is the only state I know of that allows underage persons to drink in the presence of a legal spouse, and that's not on your list!.
However, in most places if you buy a bottle of liquor at a liquor store, and she's next to you, they won't care if she's of age and you're not, and if you don't tell anyone and she doesn't get sick, you won't get busted!.
EDIT: Lilly D is correct about Wisconsin, that makes two states!.

I know you can't in Cali, Nev, or Utah, or New York!. Just get drunk on your own!. Plus I don't know were your from but drinks at a bar can get expensive!. Just stay in your hotel room, or camp site or were ever you stayn at n get drunk there!. Cheaper and you don't run into the drinking and driving problem!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
No, in the United States the legal drinking age is 21 for every state!.
A law was passed in 1984 making it illegal for anyone under 21 to drink or purchase alcohol!. Sorry!.
If you were going to Puerto Rico or the U!.S!. Virgin Islands she could drink there at the age of 18 even though they are U!.S!. territories!.!.!.go figure!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

legally, no!. But I know some places that don't really care!. It really depends on the bar and who all is there and what kind of night it is!. I have been to some places that don't even check IDs!. So hopefully ya'll will run across a place like that!
PS- Best of luck to your wife, from one 20 year old wife to another!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not legally!. However, if you're both passing for 21 anyway, someone may serve her!. My hubby and I are both of age and prefer drinking in our hotel room!. I'm 30+ and still get ID'ed if I'm wearing make-up and jewelry and have my hair done!. If I don't do any of those, I don't get carded!. Just a thought!.
(I do believe the 21 restriction should be waived if two people are married!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Drinking is not like having a learners permit, just because she has someone of legal age with her does not mean she too will be served!. If she is so desperate to have a drink, take her to Canada, it's 18 there!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
The 21 age limit is waivered when you're married to a person 21 or over if you're under 21!. She's actually allowed to drink in whatever state you live in right now!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, every state!. But is it legal and will they all serve you!? No!. You have to be 21 in all 50 states!. If you are driving cross country just buy some at a party store and get a hotel room!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Duhmeister!. The federal law says the drinking age is 21!. Basic government or civics class would tell you that means ALL THE STATES have a minimum drinking age of 21!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
No states will LET her, but you could always get some and let her drink before she goes in, or take the beer to the hotel and let her drink if she wants to!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Uh!.!.!.
I think you misinterpreted the drinking law!.!.!. The drinking age is 21 for ALL 50 STATES!. So!.!.!. she can't go with you if the bars are really strict about the age!. Most are like wahtever!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
