Poll: What is your favourite real ale?!
Answers:
Twattingtons 'Old Hairy Bullocks'!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Here in the States it's pretty much impossible to find CAMRA approved real ale (from the wood, etc)!.
We do get (and I enjoy) Tetley's, Abbot, Old Speckled Hen and there is one pub in Pasadena, CA serving Fuller's ESB on a hand pump (beer engine)!.
Of those, I think my fave is the Tetley's!. It seems to be the best example of a real "Bitter" available here!. When it's fresh, it's absolutely outstanding!
I think I'll pop down for a pint right now!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Possibly Harvey's Mild or Pale ale, or Taylor's Landlord or Best Bitter, or Oakham GHB, or Banks Bitter, or Dark Star Hophead, or Everards Beacon, or Fullers Chiswick, or Goachers Mild, or - actually I could go on for several hours, so I think I'll stop now!.!.!.!.!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
York Minster Ale is easily my favourite but I've only ever found it in York!
The other favourites I drink regularly are Osprey's Strong Ale and Welsh Dragon!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
