Answers:
drink water!.!. drink orange juice!.!.!. and do some diaphramic breathes!.!. or stomach breaths!.!.!. where you inhale slowly and deeply lower chest cavity style!.!. not upper!.!.

upper, you don't get the oxygen as deeply into the lungs as you would doing it meditative style!.!.!. and EAT something!

eat some fruit or vegetable type matter!.

that'll help big time!.!. along with not drinking so much caffiene!.!.!. and try drinking green tea every so often and cut back a tad on the coffee!.

you may be getting a bit hypertensive there and dehydrated!.!.!.

you may not need all that and your body is telling you something!.

not all of us can take caffiene!.!.!. cuz we don't need it, we already have enough andrenalyn to keep us going all day!.

i gave up caffiene!.!.!. i went to green tea and water, juice!.!.!. i feel tons better and eating a more vegetable based diet (fresh, not frozen, canned or processed in general) i find i have more energy and don't need all those "artificial boosts" such as coffee and energy drinks!.

so!.!. think about that!.!. also think if you are lacking in some minerals also!.!.!. and if you have hypertension!.!.!. if you're tired and sleepy alot!.!. maybe it's time to get a blood test and that blood pressure checked out just in case!.

your body is the only one you have at the time being!.!.!. take rather fairly good care of it!.!.!.

cuz i don't think you can rent out a better model when that time comes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Quit coffee and drink hot tea which has a lower dose of caffeine!. Since your body isn't used to high doses of caffeine that coffee contains hence the jitters, so do it in moderations by means of tea!.

Try green tea or any tea that contains antioxidants so you can wake up and be healthier at the same time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

People are different!. I can't handle caffeine very well, or my metabolism over-excites!.

Keep in mind, the human body is the MOST adaptable to envorinmental conditions!.

I can handle booze easy, but caffeine, yea sends me off the wall!.

Other's need the opposite or they get migraines and stuffWww@FoodAQ@Com

Hmm!.!.!. I can honestly say I've never had that problem!. (I can drink nine coffees a day and not change the slightest)!.
Hope you're feeling better now!. I've read that apple is better and waking you up and keeping you awake than coffee!. Higher caffeine levels, but people don't react as badly to it, or something to that effect!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chug water like there's no tomorrow!.

In the future, for people like you, a glass of ice cold water will work better than a cup of coffee to keep you awake!. Either that, or drink a MUCH smaller cup of coffee!. 4 ounces should do you just fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Water is the answer as it helps the body by both flushing the caffeine and reducing the chemical!. Drink lots of water!. Other than that it is a matter of time for the effects of caffeine to slow or stop!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hopefully by the time you get this you've calm down quite a bit Now for my advise (STAY AWAY FRON COFFEE!.!.!.!.!.!.!.) LoL Www@FoodAQ@Com
