its home distillation, and its not illegal in many areas!.
ther are tons of websites, but be forewarned, it takes a lot of specialized equipment to start!.
1!. you have to make the basic fermented material with yeast
2!. then you have to put it in a still!.!.!. which heats the alcohol and liquid to a level where the alcohol evaporates, and the rest mostly doesn't
3!. then you have to cool the alcohol vapers so they conense back into a liquid!. (usually a refridgeration system, but some still use the classic metal tubing)
4!. you have moonshine
if you take it another step and distill it and then filter it a few times, you basically have home made vodkaWww@FoodAQ@Com
