chill champagne and glass ,gently warm a good brandy ,dip top of glass in lemon sugar pour in chilled champers add double warmed brandy and a cherry sip slowly repeat till you fall down hic pardon me !.Www@FoodAQ@Com
If it's half decent stuff, nothing at all!. If it's cheap fizz try mixing it with a small dash of creme de cassis at the bottom of the glass!. It's called Kir and it's actually pretty good, plus it goes a lovely pink colour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
