They are menthol cigarettes that aren't as harsh as the regular menthol (green pack) that Marlboro has available!. I prefer the Marlboro Milds because they are aren't as strong as either the regular menthol or the smooths!.

yeah, i do believe that is the menthol one!. it basically gives it a little bit of a minty flavor!. but menthol cigarettes may be harder to quit!. i've heard it gives you a bit of a cool feeling!. it hits cold-sensitive nerves!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
