Question: Question about pouring beer!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
Why does beer foam a lot less when you tilt the glass and pour the beer in slowly!? Ive tried pouring it in slow without tilting it but it still foams a lot, so why does tilting the glass decrease the foam!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
The further the beer descends before hitting the glass, and thus beginning to slow down, the more energy the CO2 suspended in it acquires as it falls!. The more energy the gas has, the faster it percolates to the top!. The faster the gas percolates to the top, the thicker and longer-lasting the foam!.

Tilting the glass means the beer only has to descend an inch or so before being slowed down, rather than the whole height of the glass!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
